during the waiting time for the operation was really scary u know...there was this girl who went in before me and she came with her parents and her bf too... when she came out, she was like," wow i can see liao," so happy like that.. then few mins passed, she started crying, tearing and repeating that it's so painful..so dramatic. wow i really got Scared-ed man
... Then it was my turn...gosh...suddenly wan to back up.. but my bf keep supporting me telling me everyone has went through this and am sure i went handle as well as them too.. YEAH I HOPE SO TOO..hahahaha... so i went in..the nurse said that dun be affected by the girl cos she is too kua zhang already..hehehehe
PROCEDURE-->
1. cover ur left eye
2. tape ur right eye lashes
3. use a clip to pry open right eye so as to keep it open... wow this is so pain lor..i could feel my body shivering and yet have to control my head from moving
4. put a metal ring on the sclera(white) of the eye.. this is terrible too i felt a hugh pressure on my eye and i could even feel the pressure in my nose too...my eye kept wanting to roll up seems like passing out man.. but the doc kept asking me to look down.. wow.. so hard to control.. felt like i had lost my eyes man..
5.a machine like microtome like that.. dunno what it is called..cut a thin layer of my cornea.
6. can see that the doc lifted the flap away
6.saw a blinking red light..keeping looking..heard a " diak diak diak " sound.
7. finally the nurse said," 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..well done "
8. the cornea flap was replaced and the doc started washing my eyes.. very funny feeling cos can see water in my eyes and there is a roller cleaning like that in the SHELL petrol that type lor.. the man cleaning ur windshield..hahaha
9.& next eye...same procedure...
immediately after the whole operation no pain..
few mins later..wow. like sandy feeling in the eyes.. right eye starting to hurt.. burning feeling getting more and more intense but still bearable even though feel like inbearable lor..NOW i can feel the pain the girl is going through.. really very very painful. even more painful than the word "Pain" itself man.. my eyes starting tearing..hardly can open..but must keep my cool of cos lah.. dun wan to be like the girl..hahahaha i am bad yeah.. but then really pain lah.. i just sit there and try to get immune to the pain but impossible lah .. just trying not to move so much so that the pain can be tolerable.. ai yah i duno how to describe also lah.. just wan to keep still...
my bf so nice.. he BECAME my eyes.. support me all the way to his car and bring me home, put eye drop for me,tucked me into my bed, play classical music in my player to soothe my pain.. then he rushed to his competition...
my mother also very nice keep looking after me help me apply antibiotic eyedrop.. i couldnt fall asleep at all.. everytime my eyes ball rolled up ( when in sleeping state) i felt pain i guess cos of the cornea flap wound thats why i felt the sandy feeling..so hard to fall asleep so i just listened and try to focus on the music... finally 4 hours passed.. felt better le no burning feeling but still got sandy feeling...mummy woke me up to put eye drop and antibiotic drop...eye still cant open cos tears become "bak sai" hahahaha.. mummy used boiled water to clean my eyes then apply the drops...
now i feeling much better le.. nothing to do so i online. hahahah.. long entry...my bf got into semi final... tomorrow the competition will continue.. wish him luck!!!
ok that's it.. time to rest now...so that later can watch world cup..
