Safely Reached stockholm finally...the screening area at my transit in Amsterdam was very Kuang Zhang. SO strict! one of my friends even have to take out her neck wallet which should be the next layer of cloth after our undergarment !!!Imagine taking it out in public!! and some more the neck wallet was slinged!Mad!
yesterday was a nightmare man...we reached the Arlanda airport(stockholm) at 9am and guess wat, we only get to our hostel at 5pm.

we ate 4 meals on the flight..and saved our sandwich for lunch

but use the same ticket though so if u use the 2 modes of transport within 1 hour, u can take use the same time....
So just 1 day, the transport fees would be minimum S$10...scary..
after we got off the plane, we took a bus to the central stockholm..after that.....all of us didnt really know where our school was located and dunno how to get to the train station where we were supposed to take to our school.. so we kept asking the ppl there.. some were quite unfriendly...give black face....we had to push our luggage around. about 40kg total....body and leg aching...
their lift looks like prison..and the button inside is not in any symbol...didnt know wat to press to open the lift door.. so we were constantly being slammed by the lift door... by the way, the door opened from the front, not side..
and the worse is...the place where they informed us to collect or keys is closed til 8 jan..got really pissed cos no one informed us. In the end we took quite long and stayed outdoor finding a way to get our keys..pushed our luggage uphill. waited for another hours for the person to get back from her lunch. so we stayed in the library...

the best part is ...............the hostel is not within the school compound......OUT OF THE SCHOOL MAP!!!!!....We had to take another train and take a bus to the hostel.. LUCKILY.......
there was a china guy (passerby)helping us carry our luggage and bring us to our hostel.. when we reached the hostel, we had to search for our hostel... again had to push the heavy luggage uphill, carry up flights of stairs...
when i reached my hostel, my hostel door could not be opened...so have to push luggage to mindy's hostel and try... hands nearly blister man.. all of us stayed rather far away...my hostel area was quite ulu... at one end of the hostel area.
luckily we met a helpful brazilian woman (Carla). she will be staying in the same block as me. She was so nice to bring us to our individual hostel. Three of us in the end decided to stay together for the first few weeks cos the place was quite ulu...most student have gone oversea.
My previous room mate was really nice... he left me a note, a agenda book, a bowl of nice scent flower and also Bed cover, blanket cover. His room was really tidy and clean and and he even cleaned toilet until so shiny.Wonderfel and Surprising. Sharon's previous room mate did not leave her anything and her bed was just a sponge...kekeke..
for the time being, we will be staying at mindy place until most of the students moved in.we did spring cleaning.
Last night,me and sharon slept on the floor and mindy slept on the bed..it was freezing cold. the thin blanket i "kop" from the plane was not enough. I nearly froze to death... hehehehe....but tonight i will sleep on the bed and they will be sleeping on the floor...

very cold...only 2 degree..now is the winter sale period so we decided to do some shopping. So today shopping I spent $119 today... Bought bed cover, blanket cover, mug, scarf, grocery.. walked until leg pain leh.. maybe cos i wore high heel mah...i better stick to flat shoes man.

Ate hot dog for break fast and lunch.the hot dog here (about ikea size) is about $3. expensive hor...but the hot dog is really nice. we just had our dinner. We cooked spagetti..
