Two Thursday ago, I attended my husband's colleague, Ah Phang's, 21st birthday at Excelsior Hotel.

Initially, they planned to go to Seoul Garden but in the end, they voted dinner buffet at the Excelsior Hotel. $25 per person. The last time I went, which was also the first time, I had the dim sum buffet. It wasnt that fantastic. Seemed like all the dishes was basically made of minced pork.

For dinner, the restaurant served had a wider variety of food. From fried chicken wings to thousand island prawn to chilli crab. The quality of the food was not bad. The portion was small considering the number of people per table. It was a good thing though as this allowed us to tried more dishes. The shark fin soup was limited to one per person and so was the dessert. I chose my favourite mango pudding.

Too bad, I was busy eating. So didnt take picture of the food. After our dinner, as usual, we had the cake-cutting session.

Chocolate Cake.
