Ok i weighed myself in Netherland...
Got a shocked...the heaviest weight ever ...
aiya i mean since i lost weight from 68 Kg la..
yeah i used to be 68kg when i was 14 years old..my Secondary school friends know most...but the thing was ,at that time, I never realise that i was fat..SO CONFIDENT.wuahahaha...

actually woman's weight is a secret..but nvm i shall reveal my secret since i am so happy now to share the good news with u guys....

57.4kg in Amsterdam...DIAO!!! Yeah i almost fainted...PoooOOoOOZZZZ

At first i even thought it reads 51.4kg..yeah i wish...but it's impossible since i ate so much here...have to read like 3 times to accept the truth...

Since then....
So determined to lose weight....
Intensive diet program. Eat healthy food everyday and make sure i exercised every other day...

and guess what...
today, i gathered my courage...
went to weigh myself just now...
The machine read 53.9kg...(highlight this number to see my current weight)
yeah I lost 3.5kg (highlight to see my successful diet program) in less than 2 weeks...
Yeah i know my current weight is still unacceptable...
will Jia You to lose weight again...
