28th May 2008 Day 5

We woke up early so that we can snorkel for the last time.

This is damn funny!!

After washing up, the chairman(SY) and the assistant chairman(XYZ) helped us returned the snorkel equipment and checked out the rooms.

Bid goodbye to Pulau Perhentian.then took a cab to the bus station...
I am sure u can tell from the pic that the taxi driver fully unwound the passenger window...

Just look at ah qi's and xyz's hair...lol

WWhile the chairman guided the taxi driver, we caught some sleep

By the time we reached the bus station, it was already lunch time.

To prevent our stomach from rumbling during the bus ride, we ate the flies-infested nasi padang...

long long long long bus journey (must emphasize the LONG) to Kuantan.
the journey was very much delayed...about 2h longer than expected

at the rest station, we bought a burger from a cockroach-infested stall for dinner..

By the time we reached Kuantan, it was already 12am.

Sad to say, we missed our bus 10pm to JB...

So no choice, we took a SGD$40/person cab to JB

SY and XYZ took turned to keep the cab driver awake. Be it making random conversation with him, clapping, clearing throat, making noise, nudging him...

after 4 hours, we finally reached JB custom safely...

Wohoo... 7am: arrived Singapore finally ...then... HOME SWEET HOME...

After that, I slept 18hours straight...

Long tiring journey..

nonetheless, meaningful and beautiful!!
