Last night, went to help out at ACE...sis told me that the tea that we are selling have changed to the RED tea type..those used to make teh tarik..
My First Attempt to make Teh Tarrik
mum , sis and dad said too diluted...
well i tried to pull the tea as high as i could to create more BUBBLEs..guess wat...initially before TARRIK, the cup was 3/4 full..after TARRIK become 1/2...hahaha...NOT SUCCESSFUL LEH

Teh's colour Looks okay to me.. enough bubbles... took a pic with my phone...

Then i tried the taste..WOW nice..
my sis tried, " Hmm..Not bad. But teh put too much"
dad," okay lah..can can...BUT HOR TEH TARRIK NO SPOON ONE HOR.."
wuahahahahaha...my sis laughed until stomachache...ALAMAK..
But to be frank i never noticed before leh even though i am a hugh fan of TEH TARRIK..

This noon, i told my coffee auntie about my teh tarrik....
me: yesterday i tarrik the tea leh.. got bubbles and dad said not bad...
Auntie: wow.. u can make tea tarrik ah...next time can ask u make liao lor..

me: hahaha..no lah i just tried out only..but hor my dad laughed at me saying teh tarrik no spoon one...(spoke very softly cos scared kena laughed at)
Auntie: huh??..(cant really hear)
me: no lah.. i put spoon in my teh tarrik mah...
Auntie: wahahahaha... that's not TEH TARRIK... it's TEH TAK BOLEH

Few days ago, the tiger beer co. called to find coffee auntie..coffee auntie never study before so speak very poor english..
Tiger Beer: u wan to order beer isit?
Auntie: yeah..can u send more crates to ACE?
Tiger Beer: what's ur Company name?
Auntie: ACE
Tiger Beer: how to spell?
Auntie: (not knowing much english) urgh... the company name is it at the top of our stall one huh?
Tiger Beer: yeah yeah...
Auntie: (went out of the drink stall and looked up at the word on top of our stall) hmm.. B-e-v-e-r-a-g-e...
Tiger beer: Huh?!! why so long one?
Auntie: (getting abit irritated) ai yah... B-E-V-E-R-A-G-E...lah
Tiger beer: wrong lah...
Auntie: (passed the phone to my sis more irritated than before) ah shi ah..u talked to them..ai yah..malaysian dunno english one isit..why they cannot understand my english one...hai yah...spell to them also dunno what i spelling..(big sigh)..hai...
Sis: hello....yeah? our eating house is A-C-E...
Tiger beer: how come the lady spell so long word...
Sis: Auntie what u spell to the tiger beer person?
Auntie: This lor ( pointing to the word "BEVERAGE" on top of our stall)

coffee auntie always very scared of asking Ang mo what drink they wan cos...there was once...

Auntie: ah shi(my sis)..the ang mo there said he wans PARROT JUICE leh... what is it huh?

sis and i couldnt help laughing..

sis: think is carrot juice lah.. u take this to him see if correct or not....

Auntie: (came back holding the same carrote juice) no leh.. he said not this leh...

sis: (walked towards the ang mo) hello..what drink do u want?

Ang mo: PINEAPPLE JUICE

sis: alamak he said huang li zi lah..

(auntie also started laughing)

Auntie: (reading the scribble on the paper in her hand)i wan one MARLBORO blue colour one...

Me: MARLBORO where got blue colour one...u sure is MARLBORO?

Auntie: yeah leh..the guy said blue colour...

my Mummy: come i help u read what u write..

auntie: (*smiling embarrassingly* ducked away) nono.. nvm..

then my mummy's sis (my auntie) accidentally saw what she wrote..

"nan ("boy" in chinese)" on the paper

my auntie: orh.. "lan(blue)" u write "nan(boy)" ah..

Auntie: ai yah tao yan...peek at my paper....*looking paisay*

*me & my sis held our stomach*

Me: auntie u go asked again...is it PALL MALL or VICEROY one

Auntie: (went to ask again and came back very confident) MARLBORO PALL MALL..

Me: huh? he wans 2 packets ah?

Auntie: no.. only one..

Me: * Confused*

Guy: (walked towards our stall laughing) hahaha... no lah not MARLBORO..neh.. auntie.. this one..(pointing to the PALL MALL sample outside the stall)

....Coffee auntie so entertaining....

many custormers seems to like the auntie.. she is so funny and friendly.. i like working w her cos she makes working so enjoyable...even though she is really bad at language, she doesnt feel embarrassed about it.. yet she learns and laughs at her silly mistakes too... such a nice and interesting person... :)

In the afternoon around lunch time, i went to distribute pamphlet..my sis printed 100 pieces..abit paisay leh cos i first time give pamphlets..but after a while get used to it liao then feels okay le..i took about 20mins..considered fast or slow huh?

oh anyway one thing i noticed is that the last piece of pamphlet is so hard to give out..ppl dun usually give the last piece, do they? cos i dun...
