I added lotsa water this time when I cooked the Shredded ginger with pork.I am addicted to this dish. Initally, I only cooked pork chop, mushroon and sunny side up. Looks so little and pathetic...so I added more....
think might be due to this reason that it always took me 2 hours to cook a meal. cutting veggie and other preparation tend to take longer time than i expected. BUT who cares, I am beginning to like COoking!
