We lived in the biggest hostel in Europe
Generator Hostel..where wonderful memories were created...
Kok Kok looked so sad..:P
They have cool bars, nice food, best breakfast (best for me cos they had many different types of Cereal-->actually only 3 lah ) etc....
On the day of our arrival, they had Karaoke Night...
Both of us decided to sing a song for the audience...
Kok Kok Sang " Just called to say I love you"
I love it! there were a bunch of girls singing along with him...kekeke so fun right...
I sang "Kiss me"...
Really took me a great courage to stand on stage leh...
I had terrible stage fright lah... started since my poly days... where I was supposed to present some Genetics stuff. I was so complacent that I didnt prepare my speech and ended up staring at my slides (lucky for me that the lecturer started asking question and making my presentation flowed)
I can feel that my legs sort of wobble, my hands trembling...
Thanks to Kok Kok for holding my hands throughout my "performance"
It feels like once-in-a-lifetime performance from me...
My experience on stage
Once I started singing the first line, a bunch of guys started clapping and singing along with me....very encouraging and sweet...
I was staring at the screen throughout cos I know staring at the crowd will make me more nervous...keke...
It's so weird that I cant hear myself when i was singing..
Very hard to control the tune and melody on stage...
Now i understand why some singers tend to go out of tune when they sing on stage...
The sounds practically project towards the audience and u can hardly hear your voice...
This experience was VERY VERY fun Indeed!!!Definitely Unforgetable!
After singing, the screen will grade your performance(dunno if it is computerised)...Both of us scored 96....
Nah... its nonsense grading cos there were some ppl who practically shout at the mic scored 100...hehehe
TOO BAD WE DIDNT TOOK ANY STAGE PIC..
